Presented by Circles of Women South Central in conjunction with the Empowered Girl Alliance, we are offering an exciting and engaging weekend experience for adolescent girls 13 years-old through 12th grade. 

 

Girls will embark on an interactive journey of self-discovery that builds the awareness, skills, and confidence they need to live happy, fulfilling, and empowered lives.

Program Fee: $500.The tuition fee covers full lodging, meals, snacks, transportation and program materials for the Empowered Girls Training Weekend. The fee includes ongoing support and participation through the EGA Mentorship Exchange and EG Circle Integration Programs. A $100 non-refundable deposit made payable to Circles of Women South Central reserves your space for the EGA Weekend. The balance of your tuition is due 30 days prior to the EGA Weekend you are attending.Once we receive your deposit we will send you a confirmation of your registration. If for any reason you do not receive confirmation, please contact our office to ensure that your deposit was received.
 
Approximately 5 weeks prior to the EGA Training Weekend you are scheduled to attend, please expect to receive a packet from us via e-mail. We will need you to process and return this packet to us within 10 days. Upon receipt of this packet of information and about 7-10 days prior to the EGA Training Weekend we will send you a map to the drop off location for the bus rideand a list of what to bring.

The parent or guardian of a girl who cannot afford the Weekend fee may request Financial Assistance from CWSC. Our Financial Assistance Policy is to honor and acknowledge a request for assistance and provide partial financial aid to a limited number of girls each weekend.

Cancellation Policy: We will refund your paid fee (less the $100 non-refundable deposit)  if we receive your cancellation notice in writing no less than 30 days prior to the first day of the weekend for you have paid. If cancelled after that time, your paid fee (less the $100 non-refundable deposit) will be transferred to another weekend of your choice within one year of your initial registration. Absolutely no refunds or transfers will be given once you have registered for and arrived at the EGA Training Weekend.  Should you decide to leave the EGA Weekend for any reason and at any time prior to the final session on Sunday, you will forfeit your entire registration fee of $500.
